Formless provides an AI-powered conversational form platform that allows users to create forms that interact with respondents through natural language conversations. The Service includes form creation, response collection, data analytics, and API access depending on your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Billing

Formless offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Collect sensitive personal data without proper consent and security measures
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the Service or other users' experience

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate conversational responses and data summaries. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated outputs before relying on them for important decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Formless and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORMLESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
